Oh wow, Tucker, that is a GORGEOUS lake. Absolutely lovely! There are some amazing mountain vistas in India too of course (Himalayas!)... your lovely Moraine Lake made me think of this very famous lake at Mount Kailash: picture of Lake Manasarovar You'll definitely be getting to know Mount Kailash, abode of the god Shiva, in the readings for class. I always hear how beautiful Colorado is, but I never had the chance to visit. It's definitely on my bucket list to visit Colorado. Many of my friends have hiked the mountains and have gone skiing in Colorado. They take the most breath taking picture that I have ever seen, but of course the photo doesn't do it justice. I can't wait to witness the Colorado beauty myself. The fresh air, the majestic mountains, and the evergreeen forests, I can't even fathom the beauty!
I decided to check out your post about your favorite place! I figured it would be Colorado after I read your introduction post. I love the photo you chose because it shows the beauty of the state. You have snow-covered mountains, stark tree lines, and crystal waters. There is so much beauty in one state – and that was just one specific location!
